Signs are all around us. Signs provide essential information that guides us. When we’re on the road, signs can tell us where we’re going and what’s next. Signs can help us get to our destination safely. Signs cannot unfortunately help us in the journey of life.
Thankfully, God hasn’t left us on our own to figure out life’s meaning and purpose. The Bible tells us that God Himself has given us an extraordinary sign in Jesus. Jesus not only tells us where we’re meant to be going, He also helps us get there. Jesus became the Way for us to get to God by dying for our sins and helping us get right with God. Jesus also gave us His Spirit, God Himself, to be our ever present guide on the journey of life.
This Christmas, I pray that you will discover that Jesus is the Ultimate Sign that you need to help you get right with God and find your way home to Him.
