When the seemingly impossible happens, like someone walking away unharmed from an accident that should’ve claimed the person’s life, some might say “It’s a miracle!”. There are many such miracles that take place everyday, but they’re not genuine miracles, events that defy natural laws.
Two thousand years ago, a bonafide miracle took place, something that wasn’t naturally possible, one that could only have been orchestrated by God. Mary, the young virgin, was told she would be with child, and not just any child, but Jesus, the Son of God! This would be supernaturally made possible by God the Spirit, the same Spirit who helps people today to believe in Jesus so they can get right with God!
This Christmas, I pray the Holy Spirit will help you believe in the miraculous birth of Jesus, and transform you into a child of God!
