Fake news or misinformation is a big thing today. Who can we trust to tell the truth: Politicians and the mainstream media (MSM) OR renegades like Elon Musk and his X platform? Truth is important because what we believe, impacts the way we live. If we believe in fake news or misinformation and can make poor decisions on earthly matters, what happens when we get spiritual facts wrong?
The Bible, God’s Word, tells us that Jesus was born of a virgin and that He’s the Son of God who came into the world for sinners. This who believe in Jesus would be forgiven their sins and go to heaven but those who reject Jesus would face God’s wrath for their sins and be eternally seperated from God. Jesus isn’t fake news, He’s Good News for sinners like us.
This Christmas, I pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life that you need so that you can be forgiven your sins, live a meaningful life on earth and spend eternity with God in heaven!
